Wuxi donghai forging co.,LTD.,founded in 1991,is the first sino-japanese joint venture professional die forging enterprise in the forging industry.The total investment was$2.3 million.The share of investment between China and Japan was 44 per cent and 56 per cent,respectively.

     

    　　The company has complete equipment,advanced tooling,300tons,630 tons,1000 tons,1600 tons ,2000 tons and 2500 tons of electric sprial press,a total of  7 production lines and supporting mold processing equipment,heat treatment equipment and forging cleaning equipment.At the same time has the advanced physical and chemical laboratory.Equipped with three coordinates,spectrometer,impact test,tensile test equipment to ensure that the quality of products to meet user needs.

     

    　　At present,the existing equipment can produce forgings with weights ranging from 13g to 93kg.At present,the company mainly produces construction machinery,mining machinery,power hardware,hydraulic pressure,container fasteners and automobile die forgings,with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons.

     

    　　The company absorbs the advanced management experience of Japan and promotes the implementation of lean production concept.The company is fully equipped with intermediate frequency induction furnace,improve production efficiency.

     

    　　At present,the company is caterpillar's bronze medal supplier.The company has the certificates of German Lloyd's classification society and Norwegian Lloyd's classification society,and has passed TS16949 quality system certification.

     

    　　Since the joint venture,the company has sold a variety of die forging products all over the country,and exported to Japan,the United States,Germany,Britain and other countries,and established long-term and stable cooperative relations with caterpillar,NGK,demag,HYVA and other internationally renowned companies.
